About Bible X Studio
Bible X is an exciting independent game studio founded in 2020 in Moss, Norway and staffed by experienced developers that have worked on titles such as Assassin’s Creed, GTA, PUBG, Red Dead Redemption/Revolver, Diablo 4, Killing Floor 1/2/3 and Maneater.
Having hit the Kickstarter goal of $324,000 in 72 hours while raising a total of over $331,726 by the end of the campaign and going on to now have raised over half of the $12.5M fundraising target with $6.5M raised so far, Bible X has proven the overwhelming interest in the Gate Zero game.
Bible X’s mission is to bring the message of the Bible to life and make it accessible through immersive experiences. The team is composed of passionate game developers who strongly believe in the powerful medium of gaming and its role in engaging, educating, and inspiring youth today. We believe that there is a great need for innovation when it comes to conveying the Bible’s life-changing message to the younger generation and aim to develop high-quality, comprehensive products that can be used individually or in groups by anyone who wants to take the words of the Bible seriously.
About the Game
Gate Zero is an open-world, single-player, third-person story driven adventure game with an innovative open playstyle that empowers gamers to tackle challenges their way. As Max, a teenager from a dystopian future transported back into the ancient past, players utilize their own mix of action, stealth, dialogue, unique tools and abilities to save the future and get back to their own time.

About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate alongside studio leadership with various remote and external development partners.
- Drive various functions (e.g. Design, Art, Engineering) through the whole development process.
- Manage day to day communication of matters regarding schedule, budget, change and risk with the client and internal stakeholders and make recommendations accordingly
- Prioritize and reprioritize the focus and control the scope of projects so that the team can successfully deliver high-quality work.
- Set project goals and its milestones with a good understanding of the project scope and constraints, generate reports and documents needed to keep visibility on project progress.
- Collaborate with development teams to remove blockers during production.
- Develop and execute production roadmaps and schedules heading towards shipment.
- Management and oversight of a project backlog for a team of 25-40
- Track team velocity and identify ways to improve.
- Run team standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Be a strong advocate for the quality of our game as well as the wellbeing of our team.
Required qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of video game development production experience.
- Must have shipped at least two successful AA / AAA games in a producer role.
- Experience in art design workflow and / or programming workflows.
- A deep understanding of core production principles and practices.
- Proactive and positive attitude with the willingness to support the team and project.
- Advanced communication skills and experience working with all levels within an organization, in addition to external stakeholders
- Experience with shipping/certification process on consoles
- Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile principles
- Strong knowledge of JIRA
Preferred qualifications:
- Project management/Scrum certification
- Love of games: Specifically, open world action, adventure titles as well as cooperative games.
- Passionate in bringing the messages of the Bible out in video game form.
- Knowledge of Notion
Advantageous Skills
- Solid understanding of PC & console games.
- Understanding of game engine Unreal Engine.
